Why I am doing this

In January of this year, I read the entire Bible in a month. Not because I had it all together. Not because I had some big spiritual plan. I just wanted to see what would happen if I actually did it.

It changed everything.

The stories I thought I knew surprised me. The parts I had never read before stopped me in my tracks. And somewhere around 2 Samuel, I realized I was not just reading the Bible. It was reading me.

I do not want to do it alone this time. I want to read alongside you. I want to send you what I am learning. I want you to know that on the days it feels like a lot (and some days it will), there are hundreds of other people turning the same pages.

Miss a day? That is okay. Just read today.
